Shipping policy

Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve, with tracking end to end. There is no minimum spend and no shipping charge added at checkout.

How long it takes

A VoxelPals order moves through three stages:

Design — about 2 business days. We turn your photo into a digital proof and send it to you. The clock pauses here until you approve; revisions are free and unlimited.
Build — about 3 business days. After your approval, the figure is assembled by hand, checked and packed.
Transit — typically 3–5 business days. Most orders land in 8–10 days end to end.

Remote destinations, customs inspections and peak periods around Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day can add several days. If your order is time-critical, tell us the date you need it by before you order and we will confirm honestly whether it is achievable.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Shipping is free, but import duties and taxes are not included in the price and are not something we can pay on your behalf. Where your country charges them, they are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. Most orders at our price point clear without charges, but rules vary by country and we cannot predict them.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will reship it once the reshipment cost is covered.

Where we cannot ship

We ship to more than 230 countries and territories. A small number of destinations are excluded because our payment and shipping providers do not support them, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria.
