How does personalization work?
You add the name, message, font and pen colour. Before we engrave, we email you a proof image to approve. No surprises, no spelling mistakes.
Is it really engraved, or just printed?
Engraved. We laser-cut your text into the metal, so it won't rub, peel or fade like printed pens do.
How long until it arrives?
We engrave within 1–3 business days of your proof approval, then ship with tracking — usually 7–14 business days (US) and 9–18 (international).
Can I order a lot for a wedding or team?
Yes — choose a set on the product page, or email us for larger quantities.
Will it run out of ink?
Every box includes a spare premium refill, so it keeps going long after a giveaway pen would quit.
I made a typo — can I change it?
Message us before you approve the proof and we'll fix it. Once engraving starts we can't undo it.
