Because each pen is personalized and made to order, custom-engraved items cannot be returned for a change of mind or a customer-entered spelling error — which is why we always send a proof for your approval before engraving. Please check spelling, dates and your chosen style on the proof carefully.

We'll make it right if the fault is ours

You're covered for a free replacement or full refund if the item arrives damaged or defective, was engraved differently from your approved proof, or is lost in transit. Email hello@shopetchwell.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — we usually reply within 24 hours.

Need to fix a name or cancel? Message us before you approve the proof and we'll sort it out.
