Why we started
THE BEST PHOTO YOU OWN LIVES ON A PHONE.
Everyone has one. A grandparent holding a newborn. Two people on the day they got married. A dog that is not around any more. It sits in a camera roll with eleven thousand other pictures and it gets opened about twice a year.
We make the small version of it. Not a print and not a mug — a character with that haircut, that jacket and that particular way of standing. Small enough to keep beside a keyboard, solid enough to survive being picked up by everyone who walks past it.
That is the whole business. We are a small studio, we make one at a time, and we would rather turn an order down than send out a figure the family would not recognise.

You approve before we build
Nothing goes into production until you have seen a digital design of your figure and said yes. If you never approve it, it never gets made.

Revisions are free and unlimited
Not them yet? Tell us what is wrong and we redo it. No revision limit, no revision fee, no clock running.

A person makes it, not a template
Every figure is put together and checked by hand during assembly. Nothing is stamped out in advance and pulled off a shelf.

Remake or full refund
If what arrives is damaged, defective or different from the proof you approved, we remake it free or refund you in full.
