Every figure we make starts the same way: one photo, a digital proof you approve, then the build. What changes from occasion to occasion is which figure carries the moment best — whether it needs a second person on the base, a frame holding the original photo, or a prop that ties it to a date.
Occasion by occasion, with the actual product and the actual price. Prices are the base price for the figure; on most figures a gift box adds $12 and an acrylic display case adds $25.
Birthday
Mini You — Birthday, $169. Balloons, cake and the person, all in brick. The props are the point: it still reads unmistakably as a birthday years later, which is what you want if it is going on a desk rather than into a drawer.
If you would rather the gift not be pinned to one date, Mini You — Classic at $129 is the same person on a display base with nothing tying it to an occasion. It is also the entry point of the range, which makes it the safer choice for a colleague.
And for someone whose birthday photos always have a dog in them, Mini You + Pet at $159 puts both on one base.
Anniversary, Valentine's and weddings
The Duo — Classic, $199. Two characters on one shared base, built from a single photo of the pair. The shared base matters more than it sounds: it makes the object about the two of them, rather than two figures that happen to stand near each other.
The Duo + Photo Frame, $219. The same pair plus a small frame holding the photo they were made from. Choose this when there is a specific photo that carries the date — the trip, the wedding, the day you met. It is also the natural engagement and wedding pick, and it works as a gift from the couple to parents using the same photo twice.
Framed Duo, $249. The two of you and the photo mounted together as one piece for a wall or shelf. Best for someone who curates their space and does not want another free-standing object on it.

Graduation
Mini You — Graduation, $149. Cap, gown and a frame for the photo from the day. Graduation photos are one of the few sets almost everyone has and almost nobody prints, so the frame does real work here. One timing note: the photo from the ceremony does not exist until the ceremony, so ordering from an earlier photo and telling us the gown colour is usually the calmer plan.
For a different kind of milestone — passing a test, a first car — Mini You + Car at $219 puts the person, the car and a photo easel on one base, with the plate text printed on the car.
Housewarming
The difficulty with housewarming gifts is that the recipient is already surrounded by objects they have to find homes for. The pieces that work are the ones that arrive knowing where they go.
Framed Mini You, $169 — character and printed photo mounted in a wooden shadow box frame, so it hangs or stands and slots into a wall or shelf that is already being arranged. Framed Duo, $249, is the same idea for a couple moving in together, which is the more common housewarming situation.
For a family moving into a first house, Family of Four + Frame at $399 puts everyone on one base with a frame of the original photo. It is the largest piece in the range and the one that most obviously belongs on a hallway shelf.
Pets, including memorials
Mini You + Pet, $159. You and your cat or dog on one base, shaped around the markings you know by heart.
Two honest notes. The brick range does not currently include a pet on its own — the pet is built beside a person. If you want the pet alone, ask through the custom commission page before ordering and we will tell you whether we can do it.
And for a memorial, the photo brief matters more than usual, because you cannot go back and take another one. Ear shape, coat length and the exact placement of markings are what make it read as that animal rather than a generic one. For someone who is serious about their car
Custom Brick Car, $139 — the car on its own, body colour and plate matched from a photo, with plate text up to 8 characters. Mini You + Car, $219, adds the owner and a photo easel; that is the one for a first car, a car that has been sold, or a restoration that finally started.
Christmas and family
Family of Four + Frame, $399. Everyone together on one base, with a frame of the photo it came from. If you are giving to a household rather than to a person, this is the piece that works as a gift to all of them at once.
Just because
Mini You — Classic, $129, is the plainest version of the idea and the easiest to give with no occasion attached. Mini You + Photo Frame, $149, adds the tiny frame holding the photo the figure was made from — a small loop that makes the object explain itself to anyone who picks it up.
Practical notes before you order
- Leave time. Most orders run 8–10 days end to end: a proof in 2–3 days, about 3 days to build once you approve it, then 3–5 days in transit. Because the proof waits on your reply, ordering around two weeks before the date leaves room for a revision round.
- You approve the proof, not the recipient. For a surprise you need a usable photo of them, and you are the one who signs off. Revisions at that stage are free and unlimited.
- Add-ons. Gift box +$12, acrylic display case +$25. The framed pieces arrive as the frame itself and do not use those options.
- Shipping. Free worldwide and tracked, with no minimum. Where a country charges import duties they are collected on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility — worth knowing if the parcel goes straight to the person being surprised.
- Size. A standing figure is roughly 12 cm tall: desk and shelf scale, not mantelpiece scale. The framed and family pieces are the wider ones.
- If something is wrong. If it arrives damaged, defective, or different from the proof you approved, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we remake it free or refund you in full.
